HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of ordering. Ship from US warehouse, usually 4-6 business days to arrive.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel or modify on your behalf after the order has shipped.

WHAT IS FREYAT’S PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY?
We do not offer credits or refunds for price adjustments and will not price match competitors or dealers.
WHY DO I SEE MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS ON MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR THE SAME ORDER?
FREYAT will authorize your card at the time of purchase, but you won’t be charged until your order ships. Multiple transactions may be a result of this initial authorization and will fall off automatically, however, if you continue to see that charge or funds are removed, contact us.
WHERE DO I ENTER A PROMOTION CODE? (if applicable)
Once you add your FREYAT items to your shopping cart, you can enter your promo code under View Cart or on the Check Out page under the Payment section. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order. Then just click “apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from FREYAT, the Coupon code cannot be used for orders which are already placed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you to review the case, and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions.
